We all have a few kgs around our middles that we’d like to cut.
So we workout, eat right, and we slowly but surely start seeing progress.
...but for SOME reason, cutting down those last few kgs...is really hard.
So we are even more strict, and do even more situps and more hours on the elliptical.
But try as we might, we just can’t seem to move the needle.
